At Ola Tech, we believe high-quality tech shouldn’t be a gamble. Unlike peer-to-peer marketplaces like Carousell, where “sold is sold,” every device we ship has passed a rigorous professional diagnostic suite. If your hardware fails within the first 90 days, we don’t just sympathize—we fix it.

Our Guarantee: We offer a 90-day professional warranty on every device. No haggling, no excuses, just expert service.

1. What is Covered

Your warranty covers all inherent hardware and functional defects. If a component fails due to a manufacturing issue or an error in our refurbishment process, you are fully protected.

  • Core Hardware: Motherboard, CPU, and internal circuitry.

  • Display & Input: Screen functionality, touch response, and physical buttons.

  • Media: Cameras, speakers, and microphones.

  • Battery: Every device is guaranteed to have at least 80% health capacity at the time of delivery.

The 90-day coverage period begins the moment your device is delivered.

2. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

To keep our operations lean and our prices competitive, we do not cover issues caused by external factors. This warranty is voided by:

  • Accidental Damage: Any drops, pressure cracks, or “bent” frames.

  • Liquid Damage: Any exposure to moisture or immersion (regardless of the original manufacturer’s IP rating).

  • Software & Data: We do not warrant the operating system, third-party apps, or data loss. Please back up your device regularly.

  • Third-Party Tampering: Any attempt to open, repair, or modify the device by an unauthorized technician or third-party service.

3. Our “Repair or Replace” Guarantee

Ola Tech operates a professional, service-first warranty model. We do not offer cash refunds.

1. Repair: Our first priority is to restore your device to full functionality using premium components.

2. Replace: If our technicians determine the device cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a unit of the equivalent model, specification, and cosmetic grade.

4. How to Claim

We aim for a “zero-friction” process to get you back online.

  1. Initiate: Contact our Hong Kong support team with your Order ID.

  2. Ship: We provide secure shipping instructions to our Hong Kong Service Center.

  3. Resolution: Once received, our technicians typically complete a diagnosis within 3-5 business days.
